TIME-MANAGEMENT: Stress Management, Balance Between Life and Work

Goal of the Course:

  • Participants will learn to recognise the signs of stress and interventions to manage them, including some „anti-stress“ stretches, breathing exercises, the use of posture and resilient thinking.
  • Goal setting and action planning to create and sustain success.
  • Identified the costs and benefits of dealing with stress
  • Tried out some personal stress management strategies and techniques
  • Recognised the legal obligation of the employer to reduce work-related stress

Obsah kurzu

Course’s Content:

  • Understand the study of stress and its impact.
  • List tactics for successful time management.
  • Explain how to prioritize and determine what is really important.
  • Demonstrate techniques for interacting with difficult people.
  • Employ physical and mental techniques for coping with stress.
  • Create reachable goals.
  • Begin implementing goals created during the session.

  • Atendees solve many tasks leading to their self examination
  • Participants practise single situation
  • Lector provides online feedback
  • Role-play scenarios to practice and underpin techniques taught

Place: Seminary room at Brněnská personalistika, spol. s r. o. Time Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00 with break Price: 4.500,– CZK/participant (without VAT) – including snack.

We provide 10% discount in case you attended some of our open seminars in 2013. We will provide 15% discount, if 4 or more colleagues from the same company will attend the course. Discounts can not be combined with each other.
