TIME-MANAGEMENT: Stress Management, Balance Between Life and Work

Goal of the Course:
- Participants will learn to recognise the signs of stress and interventions to manage them, including some „anti-stress“ stretches, breathing exercises, the use of posture and resilient thinking.
- Goal setting and action planning to create and sustain success.
- Identified the costs and benefits of dealing with stress
- Tried out some personal stress management strategies and techniques
- Recognised the legal obligation of the employer to reduce work-related stress
Obsah kurzu
Course’s Content:
- Understand the study of stress and its impact.
- List tactics for successful time management.
- Explain how to prioritize and determine what is really important.
- Demonstrate techniques for interacting with difficult people.
- Employ physical and mental techniques for coping with stress.
- Create reachable goals.
- Begin implementing goals created during the session.

- We use interactive workshop method
- Atendees solve many tasks leading to their self examination
- Participants practise single situation
- Lector provides online feedback
- Role-play scenarios to practice and underpin techniques taught
Place: Seminary room at Brněnská personalistika, spol. s r. o. Time Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00 with break Price: 4.500,– CZK/participant (without VAT) – including snack.
We provide 10% discount in case you attended some of our open seminars in 2013. We will provide 15% discount, if 4 or more colleagues from the same company will attend the course. Discounts can not be combined with each other.
